What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message you provide, together with technical metadata (timestamp, IP address of the request) required to process and respond to your enquiry.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage data about your visit through Google Analytics (see below).
Purpose and legal basis
We process this information to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and to comply with our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We use Google Analytics only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Storing your cookie choice in your browser is strictly necessary to respect that choice and does not require consent (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. Without your consent, only your cookie choice is stored.

Web analytics (Google Analytics)
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), to understand how our website is used and to improve it.
Google Analytics records which pages you view, which links to other websites you click, whether you successfully sent our contact form (not what you wrote), your device and browser type, and your approximate location. It uses pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalisation. Event-level data is deleted after 2 months.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). We have agreed to Google's data processing terms. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. When you do, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to answer them and any follow-up correspondence, after which they are deleted or archived according to applicable retention rules.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to info@dgtal.io.
Where we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
